• Processing time: Valid withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 minutes by the kiss91 finance team during normal operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside of peak hours may take slightly longer.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

Kiss91 offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be followed. Below are the general terms applicable to all bonuses at kiss91:

• Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% Welcome Bonus of up to RM 500 on their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a 30x wagering requirement before any winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• One bonus per account: Each type of bonus may only be claimed once per unique account. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
